What is the history of the company?

Do you carry workers compensation?
Yes, Nolanco Roofing carries workers compensation insurance with State Fund
Do you have commercial auto insurance coverage?
Yes, all of Nolanco Roofing’s trucks and equipment carry commercial auto insurance coverage.
Do I need a roof repair or replace?
It depends on what we find at the time of inspection if a roof repair or replace will be the correct solution for you. Either way Nolanco Roofing will submit bid.
What is a normal roof life expectancy ?
Depends on the product of choice will determine a roof life expectancy. Nolanco Roofing’s product experts will walk you through the technical and warranty data.
What is the roof warranty length you offer?
Typically, our roof warranty length is at least a ten year workmanship warranty against leakage on all new roofs unless an upgraded warranty has been selected. Repairs, typically one year.
Do you have progress payments?
Yes, the industry law requires that neither party involved in the contract get ahead of each other, and therefore a “Progress Payments” structure will be implemented.
Is a down payment required?
Not always, repair work is payable in full at time of repair completion and no down payment is required. New roofs require a down payment of 10% or $1,000.00 whichever is less.
Do you have to remove the existing roof?
It’s not always necessary to remove an existing roof. It can be greener to leave it in place and install over it. That is one less roof in the landfill. Depends on how many existing layers and condition of wood substrate below membrane.
Will you do a small roof repair?
We have a $150.00 minimum for a small roof repair. We do all types of repairs and maintenance on roofs and gutters.
Do you have a valid California State Contractors license?
Yes, Nolanco Roofing’s California State Contractors license number is 903054 Classification: C39 Roofing. You can check the status of our license on the California’s State License board website.
Do you carry roofing liability insurance?
Yes, we carry roofing liability insurance CGL Insurance including Fire and Open Roof inclusions.
Do you use subcontractors?
Typically we do not use subcontractors, Nolanco Roofing does 95% of its work In House. However, from time to time a gutter, scaffold, or crane contractor may be utilized. Depends on project.
What type of roof gutters do you install?
Typically, we install only steel 26 gauge roof gutters that are already painted.
Is a re-roof permit required?
In most cases a re-roof permit is required most cities have attached requirements for various code compliance’s to the final approval of any permit. Nolanco Roofing will secure the permit as required for re-roofing and will complete your new roof so that it will pass final inspections of the roof.
What about my pet safety?
Your pet safety is high on our list while working on your roof Nolanco Roofing has the upmost respect for your relationship with your animals. Express your situation at the time of estimate or consultation and we will work it out.
What about roof repair clean up?
After a roof repair clean up is done by Nolanco Roofing making sure there are no bits and pieces that could cause harm to you or your property. Nolanco crews clean up during and after each job and haul away all debris.
Do you do roof insulation installation?
Yes, we do roof insulation installation of many types ranging from traditional batton insulation to blown in cellulose product to polyiso rigid board insulation.
Can you install a roof attic ventilation fan?
A roof attic ventilation fan can be installed there are several to choose from a no maintenance self operational, electric or solar.
Do you install skylights?
Yes, you pick them out and we will install them. The best time for a roof skylight installation is during the installation of your new roof. We also install Solar Tubes and Solar Attic Vents.
